This product is great for protection purposes of the Samsung Galaxy Tablet S2. The ONLY feature I'm not crazy about is the screen cover. It doesn't flush up against the device screen so the air gap makes it feel sort of bubbly and cheap. It hasn't really distracted from the functionality of screen swypes, etc. so obviously it's not a huge issue.' The only other tick is the stand on the back; it's extremely difficult to pull open without worrying you are going to snap it right off. And it'd be nice if you could use the stand for portrait display as well as landscape! Other than those two items, I am glad I chose this cover as it was extremely reasonable in price as compared to some of the others. This device stays at home in between a kitchen drawer and the living room couch, so there was not a need for more than this protective case will provide!

Sadly, Otterbox hasn't seen fit to market a case for the Tab s2 series even though they did for the Tab A series. Having said that, there aren't many options for the S2 series. Best Buy has the gumdrop hideaway (which is never in stock) and the Griffin Survivor case. It gives a nice, secure feel to the tablet and appears to cut down on vulnerability. The stand is okay and the buttons work well through the case. There are some very irritating factors to consider. The speaker grills on the bottom of the tablet are obscured by the case. This can be good for protection but it also attenuates the audio considerably. These tablets can only play so loud. The headphone jack is now accessed through a small hole. This makes plugging in any of my headphones (audio technica ath50 and ath-a900x, Grado SR80) rather difficult. A skinny extension cord is needed to plug into the jack. Putting the case on was a major PITA. Otterboxes are far more straightforward when putting a device into them. Like all cases (including otterboxes) the Griffin survivor isn't airtight and things like hairs, dust and other debris may make it into the case between the screen and the screen protector. Since the case is such a pain to get on and off, one may find oneself putting up with the debris just to avoid a torture session that is getting the debris removed.

I love the look and feel of this case for my Samsung Galaxy, The tablet being Bruce Wayne making this Griffin Tech case the Bat Suit ( see what I did there). This is a wonderful design and has a stand that easily pops out securely in the rear which will keep your tablet upright for hands free use. If you want confidence and peace of mind that your tablet will be protected by accidental drops & little kids this product is a must. I don't even believe Superman could destroy your tablet if it's wearing the Griffin Tech Case. ( See what I did there... Again, YES!. ) Listen this is a definite "Best Buy" ( OH SOMEBODY STOP ME ALREADY! ) this it's a definitely worth every penny. Patriot Pauly 2016.

I bought this in store on the recommendation of the employee who helped me. I wanted a heavy duty protector. I did not physically take it out to inspect it or look at other options which I regret as I think I could have found something slightly better. Overall, the protective case works well, and I take my tablet everywhere and have had no problems so far. But here are the issues I have with it: 1: It is NOT dust tight. Dust WILL creep in and you get a spot or few under the screen protector. I've given up in trying to keep underneath pristine. 2. The tabs on the edges to access the micro usb port and headphone are flexible rubber. I'm not sure how long they will last with the constant opening and closing of it. It's holding up ok for now but eventually it may tear at the hinge. 3. I paid around $56 + tax for this and I expected it to at least be dust tight for that price. I didn't check out any other product so I don't know if there is a better product than this that you can buy from BestBuy. For all I know, this could be the best there is at this price point. If you catch it on a good sale I say it's a good buy. That will compensate for the dust creeping in.

This is a great case and finally reasonably priced. I just wish Otterbox had a Defender case, but this one will do because it is protection and has a stand on it.

I bought this for my 3 year old granddaughter to protect the tablet we purchased. It fits great, easy to put on and protects the device so far so good.

I couldn't decide whether or not I wanted just a protective case or a case with a keyboard. I didn't think I would ever use a keyboard, so I wanted something that would protect but not bulk up my tablet. I chose very wisely. This thing is great. It's still slim but encases the tab to the point that I feel very secure if I were to ever drop it. It's very easy to snap on and off, so if I don't want to use it I don't need any special tools or brute strength to get it out or in. The screen protector gets dirty easily and dust builds up in the edges, but nothing to the point where you can't clean it up. Speakers get a little muffled with the case on, but not to severely. I do love the fact that the finger print reader still works with this case, all be it a little awkwardly. Overall, I'd say this was a great buy and I'd most definitely recommend it.

Case feels solid in my hands. I've dropped it a couple times about 3' each. My tablet never had an issue. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because the screen protector is not tight across the screen. There's a wave across it that's noticible when I'm typing and trying to be quiet.

Decent case, great protection, lighter than my Otterbox case,, the plug cover for my charger is almost ready to fall off, maybe the next generation case they can work on it

Great protection case with a built-in screen protector and stand. Only negative is that the stand only works for landscape viewing and won't support portrait viewing.

This is my second case for my tablet. I've dropped it a few times and it done a great job protecting my tablet. The stand works two ways one make it easy to type and the second I use when watch videos or shows on my tablet.

The case is nice. it secures the tablets. it screen protector could be a little tighter, none the less i haven't noticed any slow downs. i have always used otter box to protect my electronics, but this case is very close.

My tablet is much eaiser to grip with this case! The case fits perfectly and provides great protection! My tablet has survived several drops by my grandson with no damage!

I wanted to protect my SG Tab S2 because it's so then and light weight. Never the less, I wanted something that would add to the sophistication and slimness of the tab and not make it bulky or heavy. I have kids, nieces and nephews; so I am constantly changing bags/handbags/briefcases, etc. between them and work. Which I use most effectively for my meetings, taking notes, and making shopping lists/things to do. The reminder and alarm are great. The lightweight tab is definitely a step up from all the other tablets out there and I love it!

I got the Galaxy Tab S2 so that my toddler could use it for educational apps and ABC Mouse. I needed a case that can survive drops, drool, food and sticky fingers. This case has been absolutely perfect. Definitely stood up to the abuse that my 2 year old dishes out and is easy to clean off the screen protector with a baby wipe. The only con about this case is that the stand on the back is really hard to open. I still highly recommend if you need a rugged case that can survive young kids.

This cover has worked well for my wife. She enjoys the way it works with her tablet.

I've dropped my tablet on the concrete floor at work, and it did not break. What more can I ask? The stand was kind of stiff to open and close so I sanded the tabs with some 120 grit sand paper, and it works just fine now. It does blur the camera, but I never use it so I don't really care.

The case can be a little difficult to get on and off. And I've noticed that the screen protector doesn't fit snug. But it does a rock solid job of protecting the tablet. A few weeks ago my tablet slid off a laundry basket that was on the roof of my car. past scratches on the case the device was fine and ran great.

This case protects every port and doesn't interfere with anything on it. The main thing I love is that it doesn't add a lot of bulk to this slim tablet. It's easy to grip and the stand on the back is awesome.
