It fits snugly on the arm and I can reach it to switch songs easily when running and don't have to fiddle with it on the run. I recommend this item for the runner in your family.

It prevents water damage and is easy to clean and it is very durable. I would highly recommend this product to the serious runner.

Great armband for a great iPod

Griffin did a great job on this product, but if I could change one thing, it would be that the armband is adjustable by velcro, instead of having to manually adjust it. Highly recommend!

OK if you don' not mind wearing it below the elbow
