Very good series but very adult so don't plan on watching with your kids there is alot of adult sitiations but overall worth watching. character development is great and animation is beautiful.

The Grimgar: Ashes and Illusions: The Complete Series comes in solid packaging compared to some of floppy cases you can find out there. The actual media is high quality art work and animation telling a very powerful story about life and death in a fantasy world. Fans of classic fantasy settings in literature and games along with those who like the transported to another world or LitRPG kind of plots are in for a unique treat. There are some very hard hitting subjects on loss, roles in society, life and death through the series so, I don't believe it is all age appropriate. An excellent product overall!

This was a blind buy and I’m happy I purchased it! This anime has a great progressive story as the characters build up experience, skill, armor and weapons. Visually it is traditional mixed with watercolor art. I was not disappointed

This is a great series with strong storytelling and interesting characters that we come to care about a great deal. I only wish that another season gets made so that we can continue to follow these characters and their story.

My daughter really enjoys anime and enjoyed this story quite a bit! She is familiar with the premise of the film, and it reminded me of a series of books I read some years ago though the author eludes me at the moment.

I’ll admit I got this anime on a whim. That’s with no prior knowledge at all. But after watching this, I was pleasantly surprised on how much I enjoyed this. Took a gamble and it paid off. Give this a watch.

A very good isekai anime amazing art and slow pacing let you get invested in the story

Grimgar is a clean cut Anime series great for all ages. If you Love Dungeon and Dragons this series is definitely worth your while.

Very moving, very touching anime. Violent at times, as any anime but wrenches your heart strings like any good dramatic film.
