I bought this watch refurbished to save money, I misplaced my old one and couldn't live without it. In less than 2 weeks of purchase I went to take it off the charger and there was a hairline crack all along the screens beveled edge. After googling I learned this is a known defect and there is a replacement program if the watches original purchase was less than 3 years ago. So you could be out of luck. Repair outside the 3 years costs more than this watch refurbished.
