The Geek Squad mounted and installed the TV and showed us how to use the remote. The attendant was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

I didn't realize that a re-install was free! I even discovered (after the fact) that the Geek Squad would bring the new tv, take down the recently purchased tv, install the new tv, and return the recently purchased tv to the store for free! To be more clear, I purchases a 65" tv in September and had it delivered and installed by the Geek Squad. I noticed a few things were "off" with it within approximately 10 days. I uninstalled the tv by myself and returned it to the store for another one. At this time, I was told I could have called and had the Geek Squad take care of the uninstall and re-install of the new tv for free! I wish I had know earlier but this is outstanding news!

I bought a Samsung 65" QLED TV with a Sanus full motion mount to hang over a newly remodeled stone fireplace.Buyer beware! Although there is a tool on the Sanus website to calculate the height for the holes for the mount, their information is not always correct. I initially had the Geeks out to hang the TV only to find out that we had to alter the brick work on the fireplace because the calculation tool was incorrect. Even tho I entered in my exact model number for the TV, Sanus calculated it as if it was a mid-mount tv instead of top mount. After having additional work done on the brick, the Geeks came back and did an excellent job finishing the mount.

Geek Squad guys are great! We bought a new 75” Samsung QLED 4K to replace our old 75” Samsung. Due to changes in the configuration of the TV by Samsung, the wall mounting bracket had to be moved to put the TV at the same level, accommodate the location of the center speaker on the component equipment cabinet, etc. The Geek Squad measured meticulously to make sure the TV was level. They wound all of the various cables through the cabinet, hooking up the TV, cable box, Blueray, receiver, etc. Everything works flawlessly. Highly recommend the Geek Squad!

Geek Squad was a huge help with taking done my old TV and mounting my new TV. They got it all done in no time at all while i just watched. I will always go to them for future assistance.

We purchased the in home tech package and it really worked for us. A technician came to our home and installed our 55" TCL ROKU TV. It was bigger and more complicated than we were comfortable installing ourselves. The tech set it up and showed us the best short cuts to navigate the new menu. We are used to Samsung but decided to try the TCL after all the great reviews. We too can recommend it and also recommend purchasing the in home Geek Squad support package.

Best Buy was very honest and reliable. They replaced our wall mounted TV in the previous spot with less than 1/16 inch to spare. They were professional, knowledgable and kind in assisting me in how to operate the new Samsung TV with the remote clickers.

The service was really good. They called ahead of time and delivered the product and installed it professionally. They cleaned after and picked up all garbage with them.

Love picture quality on my Sony 900f, but for the quality of tv and price I expect good sound quality, looks like I have to up grade to sound bar, my new tv didn’t last one month,replaced with new 1, so far all good with second new tv.lets hope this doesn’t happen again or I will Change brand .

This is the second tv arm I purchased. I wish this product was on the market when I bought my first. I would have gotten it. Geek squad installed it. I'm happy with this swig and tilt of this product.
