The quality of service that I received from the installation team was outstanding! Their professionalism was superior and they communicated easily so that I could understand the process.

The agents removed the original tv, installed the new one. Hooked my devices and the wifi. Made sure everything worked properly. Cleaned up and hauled away the trash. Geek squad is definitely the way to go.

The team was great in installing the new tv, and then fixing any and all problems that came up. They took their time and did everything right.

Steve , in person representative, did an excellent job!! He was patient and thorough in the installation and educating me in the functions of my new TV. The initial contact with Geek Squad, on phone, Chris was helpful and felt he had it handled. Second contact to check on progress of parts was with Maynard who seemed to care less and lacked customer service rapport.

This service worked out great when my computer was acting up and working very slowly. Very convenient too.

Having Geek Squad Total Tech Support is very much worth the cost. It easily pays for itself very quickly and every agent I have worked with is fast, efficient, and very knowledgable. The saving you get in the end far outway the initial cost! I have used this service that I bought about six months ago and it has already paid for itself.

This TV was a replacement for the original one I purchased and under warranty. The Geek Squad associate were outstanding and professional and took off old TV and hooked up new TV and insured that it would work which it did, no further problems were noted.

The Geek Squad came in to take down my 55 in TV and replace with a 65". They were able to use the same mount and even carefully placed the old machine next to the door since I was donating it. They even offered to reattach the legs since it had been wall mounted, but that was not needed. The great set up for the new TV is on the other review. Great work Chris B!

Problems mounting new replacement tv to the older wall mount,but installer hung in there and figured it out. Unfortunately there was a problem loading old TV contents to newer replacement. We now have to figure out all the missing apps, down load them and install and resign into each one separately!

The Geek guys have come to our home multiple times -- computers; printer; washer/dryer; five television sets. Service has been prompt; they take care not to damage anything on the way in or out; they have shoe covers -- and show you how everything works before they leave. Can't say enough good things about the service we received when they came with our new OLED TV.

Agents did a re-install of a replacement TV for ours that had a panel go bad. They were prompt, courteous and professional as they performed their work to mount the new TV on the wall. Overall, very happy with the Geek Squad from the original call to diagnose the issue to the installation of the replacement.

The geek squad was on time for my appointment window- called on the road to inform me they were on the way. Very professional team who installed tv and set up remote for Netflix & prime. Cleaned up any packaging etc before leaving. A great crew of technicians. Highly recommend for any and all installations and setup etc.

The geek squad came to deliver my new TV and pick up my old one. They called prior to arrival . They came with gloves mask and sanitizer. The job was completed within 30 min and they showed me how to operate my new TV. The agents were professional polite and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Next Buy Geek Squad mounted our Samsun’s sound bar , sub woofer and surround sound speakers to our 85 inch Samsung tv. They notified us of arrival time , we’re on time , very knowledgeable, and very curteous. Very pleased with the installation.
