Agents did a re-install of a replacement TV for ours that had a panel go bad. They were prompt, courteous and professional as they performed their work to mount the new TV on the wall. Overall, very happy with the Geek Squad from the original call to diagnose the issue to the installation of the replacement.

The geek squad was on time for my appointment window- called on the road to inform me they were on the way. Very professional team who installed tv and set up remote for Netflix & prime. Cleaned up any packaging etc before leaving. A great crew of technicians. Highly recommend for any and all installations and setup etc.

The geek squad came to deliver my new TV and pick up my old one. They called prior to arrival . They came with gloves mask and sanitizer. The job was completed within 30 min and they showed me how to operate my new TV. The agents were professional polite and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

There should be at least 8 presets on receiver instead of only 4 on the remote. There’s ample power for these speakers because they sound really nice at low volume and these speakers do sound very good. I’ve been listening to very fine equipment for 40 years and I would certainly know.

The Geek Squad removed old TV and set up my new Sony 75 in. 950 H smart 4K tv, and hooked all cables up (HDMI, Sound Bar, DVR and DVD player. They even reprogrammed my Harmony remote control. All is good. They will be returning in a month to calibrate the new TV for the best possible picture.

He very quickly and efficiently reset the bracket and sound bar, and even “cleaned up” the messy wires that had been showing through the space between the TV and sound bar!

The agents checked all of our cables and we purchased one new one to be able to connect all the devices to one instead of three!!! They double checked everything was in working order and taught us how to close down all of our applications each week to keep our devices in optimum working condition.

Having someone mount my new 85" tv on the wall was one of the best investments I've made in a long time. The Geek Squad made short work of this task and everything turned out perfect. The agents installed our new TV, relocated two others and connected VCR/DVD players on all 3 devices very professionally and quickly. They even connected my Bose sound speakers to the new TV in such a way that it no longer needs to be turned on separately from the TV - very good service!

The Geek Squad came to replace my old Vizio under the warranty. They were friendly, professional and had the job completed quickly. They made sure all the connections to the TV, cable and Blu-ray all worked. They asked if we had any questions or needed any other help before leaving. Great service with the installation and was able to be quick and efficient

My TV is mounted over my fireplace, and the home delivery and installation is worth the investment. Combined with the extended warranty when there was a problem they came out removed the TV, replaced the part and re-installed.

The Geek Squad came and uninstalled my new 86" LG TV and packaged it for transport from Florida back to my home in Kentucky! They were amazing. Not only did the perfectly box it but also loaded it into my transport trailer! I can not speak more highly of the professionalism and superb work ethic!

This is a reinstall of my old Hisense TV which broke---I had a protection plan on that TV, so Best Buy replaced everything for me. This included a reinstall (since I paid for the old TV to be installed when I bought it). Geek Squad did an excellent job on everything. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Agent Charles and his assistant brought down the malfunctioning TV, identified the problem with it, and mounted a new TV in a timely and efficient manner. Also cleaning up behind them thoroughly and following up for days to ensure that the new TV was functioning as it should.
