Christian, a Geek Squad technician, did an excellent job installing and fine tuning my TV and Audio system. His actions were very efficient and he left a clean work place.

Geek Squad reinstalled our tv. Did an excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves and left the house as it was before entering. I always love their service people. They are great.

I'm giving these 5 stars to the last team that came out to get my T.V. mounted back on my wall, you sent your 3rd party installers to mount it and they didn't know what they were doing, they sent me to buy another mount for $179.00 and it turns out to be the same mount I had on my wall already, it was a bad experience trying to get my new 65" Sony T.V mounted. the team that finely mounted it did it right and it only took them about 15 minutes to do.

They have installed 2 or 3 TVs and their components over the past years. They are ALWAYS punctual, knowledgeable and careful. I wouldn't have anyone else do an installation.

The Geek squad replaced a wall mounted TV that had issues. They were on time, professional, very fast, and did not leave a mess. They even programmed all my remotes.

Herbie and Mitchell ( Bestbuy -Barboursville WV) we’re very efficient and professional. They installed our big tv on the wall with expertise, cleaning up the box and packaging as they worked. They wore masks and gloves due to COVID) as well as shoe coverings to protect our carpet. They helped us program the tv and made sure we knew how to get Netflix, prime, game console, etc. they were very patient, and even helped us find a good sound bar for our tv and room size. We appreciate their friendly, professional help. Geek squad is great.

Geek squad replaced my tv and they did a great job. They were very quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome job reducing the wire clutter from my previous install.

The service was great! They installed the new TV and then boxes up the old tv and cleaned up and were very nice people.
