Geek Squad did not have the correct phone number to call me and let me know they were arriving. I have told Best Buy MANY times the correct phone number. They tell me they cannot change it. This is a poor response. As much as people move due to jobs, the phone numbers will change. Best Buy needs to do a better job of getting the correct phone number for the customer,

After sound went out on sound bar and t.v. agent was able to reconnect our service and we are very satisfied with the agent.

Was not loving the fact that this was the third time I had to have geek squad out to my house because the first 2 times they installed it wrong. The last rep that came over was awesome and sympathetic to my situation and corrected everything.
