The agents that mounted the TV were very conscientious about getting everything right. I really appreciated that.

Herbie and Mitchell ( Bestbuy -Barboursville WV) we’re very efficient and professional. They installed our big tv on the wall with expertise, cleaning up the box and packaging as they worked. They wore masks and gloves due to COVID) as well as shoe coverings to protect our carpet. They helped us program the tv and made sure we knew how to get Netflix, prime, game console, etc. they were very patient, and even helped us find a good sound bar for our tv and room size. We appreciate their friendly, professional help. Geek squad is great.

The Geek squad replaced a wall mounted TV that had issues. They were on time, professional, very fast, and did not leave a mess. They even programmed all my remotes.

The Geek Squad mounted my TV above the fireplace and connected cable & sound bar, then programmed the remote. Everything was working very quickly.

The agent expertly installed my in ceiling speakers. He thoroughly cleaned up after completing the install. Would definitely use Geek Squad again.

Geek Squad is always AWESOME! The only issue is the time it takes to get them out if you need a specific day. If you flexible they can usually get out to you pretty quickly. They are always professional and know a lot about the products.

The agents mounted my TV and connected my devices. Geek Squad did not have the correct phone number to call me and let me know they were arriving. I have told Best Buy MANY times the correct phone number. They tell me they cannot change it. This is a poor response. As much as people move due to jobs, the phone numbers will change. Best Buy needs to do a better job of getting the correct phone number for the customer,
