The two technicians that came to wall mount my TV were great. They were very professional and all the work was done quickly and also very neat. Very happy with the job!!

The Geek Squad came and professionally re-installed my 65" TV in the media room. It required carefully moving the center of the large media furniture to gain proper access to the wall mount. So very satisfied with the agents.

We are very satisfied with the service we got from the Geek Squad. All the technicians have been very professional, friendly and polite. We are also very appreciative of the care we got from the Managers at Best Buy to resolve the problems we had with the 2 Samsung TVs. We have had no problems with the Sony TV that replaced the Samsung and perhaps you can notify Samsung about the problems you have been having with the Samsung TVs.
