You know these technicians are trained for excellence. They are on time, calculated and precise in doing the job. No mistakes were made. Their workmanship has held up wonderfully. The fact that they were courteous and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy sealed my confidence in this service.

Walter is the best. He is friendly and very professional. He’s very knowledgeable and is EXCELLENT at explaining everything you need to know about your TV or whatever product you purchase. This is the second time that I was fortunate to have him as my GEEK SQUAD guru. In the future I will always request him. A million thumbs up!!

Love the Geek Squad! They are professional and observe COVID protocalls in the house. These guys were very smart and patient as they showed me how to use my new equipment. This is a great service for those of us that are a bit less tech savy. Highly recommend!

The agents that mounted my TV were really friendly and installed the TV really quick! It was just a really good experience overall!

The two men that came to my house were amazing. They were extremely professional and man do they know their electronics! Fixed the issues with out a hitch. Very grateful to them. They also paid close attention to follow all Covid rules and wore the shoe covers to keep my floors clean.

My installation had several different levels over a couple days. I had a chance to meet multiple different team members as it all came together. All were friendly, considerate, careful, (a during Covid install ) and competent and I could not be more pleased with their efforts.

I say why not every time I do make purchase with Best Buy. Electronic product can go wrong in any second and if you don’t have protection plan like Best Buy offer through geek squad. It would be disaster. I feel protection when I have geek squad. Just like have a car insurance.

Service issues were a bit complicated to complete with a need for the tech to diagnose the real issue with the home entertainment system, the install of the correct cable and the install of the new tv. Geek Squad was excellent!!!

I am super happy with my purchase of this product.
