The Geek Squad guys did a great job... Neat, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, & patiently explained & showed me all the features... I recommend Best Buy AND their Geek Squad highly!

Good job on installing my replacement tv.

I have one complaint though that it took months for my replacement to finally go through. Also, expect to be on hold for an hour or more when calling Geek Squad.

GEEK Squad swapped out my replacement TV.

They made sure everything was working properly and removed the old TV and cleaned up. Everything was done professionally and timely.

Always super good installation!

I ask for Art as he’s been on at least two of the handful of installations I had done. Helps a lot and stays with you to make sure the remote is completely programmed and that all of your questions are answered.
