Great personnel that came out to replace faulty tv and set up replacement television.

I am very happy with the delivery and installation of my new TV by the Geek Squad. They went through the settings with me and answered any questions I had. They followed the safety procedures of wearing mask and gloves.

All of the work was completed quickly and efficiently. I am so pleased with Linsey my home consultant. She is responsive and gets things done. I could not have accomplished this project without her. Best guidance and advice ever.

Excellent service. Geek Squad staff inspected our TV and saw that the colors went bad. They approved a replacement being had the 5 year extended plan. I am glad I got this plan.

This is a replacement TV for one that failed. I usually don't take advantage of an extended warranty, but in this case I did. When the set failed it was just a short time that it was replaced with the newest version. Needless to say I did purchase the Geek Squad again.
