Geek Squad always does a great job on the initial install. They completely hooked up my High Quality receiver with a maze of wires with connections to all kinds of peripherals. They also did a great job of programming my Harmony remote to properly run everything. However, eventually things always break or need repair. Years ago, since I paid Best Buy to hook everything up, Best Buy come to the house to dismantle and hook everything back up again after repair / replacement. Not now. Now I am on my own. I had to take a lot of time in a cramped space to do my best to label all wires, unhook myself, send my receiver in for repair (so now I have NOTHING for WEEKS - NO Help From Best Buy), then, whenever it is done, I will have to do my best and "hope" I get all hooked up properly again. If not, I will be paying hundreds of extra dollars to have them hook up their own work again - which I initially already paid to achieve in the first place.

The Geek Squad that showed up were great! Both of team members were very skilled and courteous. A good representation of the quality that Best Buy is known for.

I have been a subscriber to Geek Squad for many years. They are the best at installation and service both in store and on-line. I buy all electronics from Best Buy not only for their service but to get the Geek Squad protection. Highly recommend.

This service is very important to have especially if you don't have the assistance or ability to perform the necessary tasks safely. The agents were courteous , knowledgeable and showed great care with products and my property.

Geek squad installed my new TV - as always were very professional & didna great job. I couldn't be there for the install & had some questions after - very easy to connect with them & get my questions answered.

Reps were very nice, efficient and knowledgeable. So unlike 1 of initial installers that could not communicate since he was on phone either personal or other Geek Squad (not sure)

The most professional and friendly people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Great guys all around and the install went smooth and the wall remained clean with no "test holes" to patch.

Great timely installation once old TV was declared unrepairable. All Geek Squad employees were very courteous and extremely helpful.

The Geek Squad guy spent lots of time and was very attentive to our needs. The only downside was that he recommended an additional product (a cable) that turned out to be not what was needed for this product. I purchased it, then had to return it when he later determined that it was not what was needed.

Very good experience with the installation. And Stoller was top notch. He knew what he was doing and very efficient.

The agents have been great each time they've been out. So glad we bought the extended warranty! They made sure we were taken care of, including resetting up all of our components, connections, and Harmony remote again. Thank you!!

On the few occasions I have used Geek Squad I have been extremely impressed with their knowledge, but especially their concern to not only solve any problem, but to go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and satisfied with their work.

For some products you just have to have a warranty, these guys honor the warranty and it’s a real savior for people. Glad I got this for my 2018 Oled TV. Came thru, with a new 2020 model because mine got burn in.
