The gentlemen from Geek Squad had the BEST customer service skills! They quickly mounted my TV and answered all my questions. They were amazing and I highly recommend them!

The Geek Squad people were WONDERFUL!!!!!!! They were great. Fast, efficient, on time and FRIENDLY. My only issue was that it took a long time to get them scheduled - they are BUSY it seems.

We ended up purchasing a different extendable mount for our TV and the gentleman that responded to install it was helpful and figured out we could not mount it where we wanted to because of the studs not being at the correct distance apart.

We're not able to install and set up a TV by ourselves and we're so glad we opted to have the Geek Squad install it for us. No bother, no hassle and they even programmed my Harmony remote to the new TV.

Two men from Geek Squad arrived and removed the old TV and hung the new TV. They went through the setup and made suggestions of how use some of the many features. They were very courteous and professional.
