We had our large TV replaced after 4 1/2 years due to a malfunction. It was covered by a 5 year full replacement warranty. Everything was easy to handle and the service was excellent as always.

Purchased 55” LG TV with extended warranty. TV was not repairable after it lost the picture. Called into the Geek Squad and they upgraded and replaced the TV at no charge. Took additional warranty on new TV. 600.00 savings!
