I had to have my TV replaced Geek Squad was AWESOME them came into my home diagnosed my tv and gave me the number and information I needed to have my tv replaced. All i had to do was buy the new warranty for the TV. It was beyond AMAZING!

The agent my mouth at my TV on the wall.. He set up all of my devices to work on my remote. He followed all necessary coronavirus precautions from the time he entered my house to the time he left.

As with the original install service was fast friendly and efficient

Did a great job. This was a replacement tv. Lost the panel lottery on the 1st one. Geek Squad handled the problem with no issues.

Agent called me night before to confirm time. Called me when he was on his way. Got here, set up the tv, reviewed some things with me. Seamless process after a lengthy warranty experience.

I already had the mount installed so was just a matter of swapping the TV. It was super quick, no issues. And team was very friendly and professional.

TV was installed but it wasn't centered. We had them come back out to center it with the room. 2nd installer proceeded to argue within minutes of arriving. Went outside and sat in truck. Through phone calls, he came back in. He installed TV with no problem and even showed me how to use remote and equipment.

The guys were very knowledgeable in what they did they were very helpful and friendly they made sure everything was done properly before they left and the did it in a timely manner

SO grateful we had the Geek Squad Re-Install team come out because I would have been reading my manual for who knows HOW long to pick the right settings for our new TV.

Jack & Greg were Super - they know their stuff even though I'm not tech savvy! I had even called them back to re-explain some features since they were a bit too fast for me :-)
