I had to have my TV replaced Geek Squad was AWESOME them came into my home diagnosed my tv and gave me the number and information I needed to have my tv replaced. All i had to do was buy the new warranty for the TV. It was beyond AMAZING!

TV was installed but it wasn't centered. We had them come back out to center it with the room. 2nd installer proceeded to argue within minutes of arriving. Went outside and sat in truck. Through phone calls, he came back in. He installed TV with no problem and even showed me how to use remote and equipment.

SO grateful we had the Geek Squad Re-Install team come out because I would have been reading my manual for who knows HOW long to pick the right settings for our new TV.
