Guys showed up on time, were extremely helpful, and made sure TV was working properly before leaving. Took all packaging with them too which was nice.

Geek Squad took my TV off the wall mounted my new one and took the old one back with him on a warranty replacement couldn't ask for better service

GS scheduled an installation for a replacement for our Insiginia TV which is under warranty for Friday 10/3. We never heard from them by email or telephone "when" they would arrive. I contacted GS 3 times by phone and once by Chat and all told me they would be coming. They never came or contacted me at any time. We had prepped for the visit by moving our living room furniture, etc. SO, WHAT GIVES?!
