bad installer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our installer refused to use new tv mount. He kept saying old one would work. I tried to explain that since we had been told it would not we purchased a new one and intended to us the old one to purchase a new tv and install in another room. He would not use it so we returned it and thus have not purchased another tv. Installer also refused to remove box from the install. Forcing us to have to figure out what to do with it. We even asked him to remove it several times. The new tv works as it should but this overshadowed the install.
