The Customer Service really sucked I was told the wrong information and one of the reps straight out lied to me about my refund by giving me the wrong credit card that I don't even own.

Squad set up tv but ended up having to call geek squad because once I turned tv off it wouldn’t come back on. Luckily the squad member I got used to do maintenance and install so he troubleshooted it for me and didn’t have to wait for them to come out again Just because it’s a smart tv doesn’t mean we automatically know how to “fix” problems
