The technician arrived at my house asked a few questions and nailed down my issues in minutes. He went to work, repaired all the mistakes made by the Comcast folks, and had my system up and running in an hour or so. Excellent Service by Geek Squad. These guys know their business!

The Geek Squad member made sure our surround sound system was properly installed and that everything was in working order. He also took time to review every item with us so we understood how our smart television works and how to access apps. He was great!!

This set is a replacement for one we purchased in September 2020. The backlight panel on the left side burned out and they replaced the TV instead of repairing. Thankfully we had a extended warranty. We have one on the new set too. This new one appears to be a better TV and hopefully it is. Time will tell. Geek squad was great as always.

The agents were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of my property and myself. They did an awesome job connecting a new receiver to my home theater. Everything was tested to make it was working properly. If I ever need them again, I will be asking for the same Geeks!

The technicians installed my Oled77CX very quickly and made appropriate changes to various TV settings which would have taken me some time to figure out. I am grateful that they performed quickly and left no mess.

The geek squad installed my tv, programmed all the necessary items, sinked the tv to the existing sound bar ,asked what happened to the original tv, I advised that the picture went out, the tech recommended a surge protector ($29) to protect the tv picture and the x Finity controller. I had ordered another tv to replace the previous installation of Sony 930 with a Sony OLED 55" TV. The re-install went quickly and smoothly in a short amt of time and the install did not require a lot of calibration. Had decided the OLED had a better picture and deeper blacks.
