The agents were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of my property and myself. They did an awesome job connecting a new receiver to my home theater. Everything was tested to make it was working properly. If I ever need them again, I will be asking for the same Geeks!

The geek squad replaced a broken tv that I had a warranty for. They were supposed there within a week no questions asked, replaced the tv, hooked it up and installed on the wall. They kept in touch the whole way through to make sure we were satisfied! And we were

This set is a replacement for one we purchased in September 2020. The backlight panel on the left side burned out and they replaced the TV instead of repairing. Thankfully we had a extended warranty. We have one on the new set too. This new one appears to be a better TV and hopefully it is. Time will tell. Geek squad was great as always.

The Geek Squad came and uninstalled my new 86" LG TV and packaged it for transport from Florida back to my home in Kentucky! They were amazing. Not only did the perfectly box it but also loaded it into my transport trailer! I can not speak more highly of the professionalism and superb work ethic!

They installed my home theater. Had a problem with the projector lens on the first one. Got a replacement and they were great to work with. Helped me with the whole process. Installation crew was a bit on the perfectionist side and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

I used my 5 year Geek Squad contract, the remote support was excellent. The reinstall was quick and the new installation was not comprehensive.

I had ordered another tv to replace the previous installation of Sony 930 with a Sony OLED 55" TV. The re-install went quickly and smoothly in a short amt of time and the install did not require a lot of calibration. Had decided the OLED had a better picture and deeper blacks.

The young men installed/connected my new TV to existing sound bar. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely polite and answered all of my questions. They were great Representatives for Best Buy.

The technicians installed my Oled77CX very quickly and made appropriate changes to various TV settings which would have taken me some time to figure out. I am grateful that they performed quickly and left no mess.

Geek Squad went above and beyond. They replaced my broken tv with a new tv and set it up perfectly. They made sure everything worked and set the TV so that the picture and sound was perfect.

We had to have a tv replaced. I was ready for resistance in replacing it. From start to finish it was a smooth transaction. The rep told us what needed to be done which store had the item we wanted. Installation by the Geek Squad was on point.

My 5 year old 65" TV had a major defect and was covered by Best Buy's warranty. The Geek Squad promptly responded to repair it and it turned out that the repair didn't work. I was given a case number and called the Geek Squad to work out a replacement. The new TV was delivered 3 days later and two techs arrived at the designated time to set it up. They made a point to cover my rug with a cloth before taking the old TV out. They were very careful unboxing and setting up the new TV and made sure the remote was programed properly. I was also instructed on the remotes use and they did not appear to be in any hurry to leave until I was done asking questions. They cleaned up all the packaging before they left and informed me to call them if I had more questions or needed them to come back. I was impressed with their demeanor and it was a pleasant experience.
