My Experience with Geek Squad and My New TV

The agents help set my television up and ran through teaching us about the TV so fast that neither one of us could understand everything they tried to teach us. We forgot a lot of what they said, so we had to reschedule and make another appointment with different agents to try again. Even though it was a different man, both my mother and I understood a lot more of what the man had to say the second time around than when the Geek Squad came to hook up the TV the first time. I might go to Micron Center instead next time. I don't know.

Very unhappy, 4th visit, chgd cpu on tv was told our sound bar was bad so we bought another one for 648.00, turns out the tv is still defective and they want to chg the cpu again.wasted 648.00 for nothing. Would like corporate to contact us. We paid for a three year warranty!
