      Regarding the seat cushion firmness: While the design intention was to provide sufficient support to prevent sagging, the current firmness clearly doesn't provide you with comfort. We suggest you try pairing it with a breathable memory foam seat cushion, which usually effectively improves the feel and distributes pressure.
      Regarding the armrest height, you can check if the armrests are already at their highest position.
