Fine, just oddly short.

This chair is fine!
I get XL chairs so I can sit cross legged/move around. I have a job that requires a LOT of long hours in a chair, so I like to be able to move. I like that the arm height is adjustable, so I can have one arm all the way up if I'm working on my cintiq to the side for support, and the other arm lowered so it clears the bottom of my keyboard tray.
I've had it since August (so six months now) and I wanted to review now that it's gotten some good use.
It has held up well - no odd wears, no tears, nothing crazy. It reclines well and the footstool rarely gets used, but I've used it a few times and it's nice. A little wobbly.
The chair overall is a little less sturdy/solid than I wanted it to be, I remember being disappointed about that. It shakes easily and has that wobble to it.
My biggest problem, however, is that it is MUCH shorter at its highest setting than my previous chair. I had a gaming chair from Staples that worked great for me prior, and it had not crossed my mind to double check the height on an XL chair like this. I figured a chair for taller people, wouldn't the chair itself be taller for knee height and ergonomics? Apparently not.
I, unfortunately, am already having to either modify this chair or sell it to get a new one because the inability to get it high enough has caused so much pain and tweaking in my wrist that it's affecting my work. I boostered myself up with a foam pad on this chair to see if it truly was the height discrepancy, and lo and behold, that was instant relief.
TLDR; chair is fine, a bit wobbly, but definitely check the height for the chair compared to your desk to make sure it won't be too short for you.
