Buyer beware!!! Missing parts and runaround!

The manufacturer asks you to deal with them but I am getting the runaround and they still haven’t sent out the missing parts to me. I’m honestly completely over it at this point and one more day away from just returning it to Best Buy and going with a completely different chair if they haven’t at least shipped the missing parts (the casters, the “mechanism”, the “controller”, it’s unusable!)
