Easy to put together, and husband loves it! He does think there should be more padding in the seat though, so I will be looking for a cushion.

Buyer beware!!! Missing parts and runaround!

This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son and it came missing a bunch of parts so he obviously didn’t get it for Christmas. The manufacturer asks you to deal with them but I am getting the runaround and they still haven’t sent out the missing parts to me. I’m honestly completely over it at this point and one more day away from just returning it to Best Buy and going with a completely different chair if they haven’t at least shipped the missing parts (the casters, the “mechanism”, the “controller”, it’s unusable!)

Total crap. Chair broke less than a month after putting it together. Bought for Christmas didn't get it together until mid-March. Already broken. We previously had Respawn. Much better construction and never broke. Very disappointed
