Great Chair / Comfortable

Plus, the hydralics in my old chair was gone and kept lowering me. This chair was an easy / simple assembly; however, I recommend two people working together to expedite the assembly. It still took an hour to get it done. One may consider using a portable drill and appropriate bit to also make it easier on your wrist's to tighten up the bolts. Twisting that Allen wrench around and around to tighten the bolts WILL work your hands / wrist. Overall, this chair is very comfortable and the lumbar and head rest are nice. Material is soft and plush. I personally thought this chair was going to have a "rocking back" feature, but it does not. It only has the "lean back" feature handle. It didn't work out for me, however, my wife loves it and seems to be a much bette chair for her. Guess who got her old chair. WIN / WIN I would recommend this chair for anyone who likes to lean back and relax. The foot stool is nice, but won't be used.

We’re so glad the height and lean-back feature were a good fit for what you were looking for—and yes, a dead hydraulic on the old chair is definitely a sign it’s time for an upgrade! Your assembly tips are spot on: two people definitely help, and a portable drill with the right bit is a pro move for saving those wrists.
We also appreciate the note about the rocking feature. Just to clarify for others reading along: this chair is designed for lean-back recline (with the handle) rather than a constant rocking motion. We totally get that preference varies from person to person!

You wouldn't normally expect this quality for this price. I'm 200 lbs and feel totally fine in any position i put this chair in. The foot rest holds up suprisingly well and tucks away nicely. I've only tried the massager once and it vibtrates pretty good
