The movie was awesome, and the soundtrack was pretty good.

Good songs but a little fuzzy sounding. I still like it tho!

I Loved the Guardians of the Galaxy movie, but I am deeply in Love with the Movie Soundtrack that has a long list of really wonderful 70's hit music and you must buy the deluxe version for the extra cd score. I have purchased more for friends and family. The regular Movie soundtrack cd has a great picture of a cassette tape on the cover (for those who can remember) that reads Awesome Mix Vol. 1 and it is an AWESOME MIX of music!

Of course Guardians of The Galaxy is a GREAT movie. So perhaps it's no surprise that the soundtrack CD is just as good!! A great compilation of 1970's rock! This CD is especially good for road trip music! A must-have in your music collection! Enjoy!

Part of the awesomeness that is Guardians of the Galaxy is Peter's awesome mix volume 1 that keeps him connected to his home world of Earth. I grew up listening to these songs and they sound great. My teenage son didn't want this on his ipod at first, but after listening to it a few times he decided he wanted it after all.

This soundtrack has all the songs from the movie. This makes it easy to jam out to some classic songs. I only wish the songs were in the same order as they are played in the movie itself. Buy the deluxe edition if you're into movie scores. As it has this album and the movie score for Guardians of the Galaxy in one package.

This isn't really a movie soundtrack - it's actually part of the movie itself. The main character plays these songs on an old-school Walkman and the songs become part of the movie story line not just background tracks. Love almost all the songs on the disc - it's a lot of fun to crank it up and get back to that 70's vibe!

I was hooked on the soundtrack after watching the movie. I recently had a car drive with my dad so I put in this CD. For the first time ever we both just sang along with every song together. He said he's never sang so much. He went out and got his own copy.

Now this is another must have to own because the movie soundtrack is a catalyst to the movie's plot/story so I suggest that anyone who doesn't have this CD to listen at Home and/or in the Car I again highly recommend it so go get it now!

This compilation of 70's songs are all by the original artists. They aren't mucked up by someone new, remaking them. They are original. Sometimes you shouldn't mess with a good thing.

One of my favorite movies of the year and the soundtrack is completely necessary to buy if you liked the movie like I did. Such an emotional connection that Chris pratt's character had to this mixtape, you have to love these oldies!

Great movie with an amazing soundtrack. This movie was great and the soundtrack almost features as another character in the movie, I had to get it. This coming from someone who has never bought a soundtrack for a movie, ever.

Children of the 70s rejoice! This pair of movies have revived the songs we loved from our childhoods and THANK Goodness they have been instilled in another generation as "cool".

Has a little bit of everything for whatever mood your in. If you love the movie when you hear the tunes you'll flashback to your favorite parts of the movie! Great music for a great value! Be your own Star lord!

For some odd, unknown reason, they actually include "Spirit in the Sky" even though it didn't appear in the movie.
