I wanted to give this 4 stars not because of the movie but because no blu-ray, dvd, digital combo pack. but the movie is really good. you dont have to know anything about the comics, to enjoy this movie.Great fun for everyone.

This one is a Keeper for Marvel fans, movie took some directions away from original characters stories but left enough intact to be entertaining to the end and then left you wanting the next movie to be already out... Exciting

I wanted this movie before it came out on bluray, as soon as I saw it in the store I had to get it. The only issue I could see was I had to search through about a dozen of the blurays to find one that wasn't warped or damaged.

Great movie for adults and kids. Don't need to be big fans or know a lot about the Guardians to enjoy the movie. Nephew and I can't wait for part 2. Oh and don't forget to pick up the soundtrack, a lot of great songs on there.

I rarely see a move that many times, however I really enjoy this film so much that! The music is great (have the soundtrack) and the 80's references are hilarious! Highly recommend this movie to children of the 70's and 80's!

This movie has everything from comedy, action, to a bit of romance. I will say to let the kids out on this movie though. some mild adult humor that might not be best for the Church Youth Group crowd. all and all, great movie.

...but somehow it works if you are a fan of the Recent Marvel Movies. A lot of fun if you don't go in looking for a serious story. Continuity is here.... And stay for the end credits for the totally obscure Marvel reference.

This is definitely one of Marvel's best movies yet. I knew it would be funny since it had Chris Pratt, but it was a lot funnier than i expected and the Groot and Rocket Raccoon characters were awesome and really entertaining.

The Guardians movies are probably the most fun out of any of the MCU movies. This steelbook art looks great too. What else is there to say other than "I am Groot."

I'm really not into comics but my friend insisted that I watch it and I'm so glad he did. This movie is hysterical. I love the balance of humor and sentiment. I watched this movie like 10 times back to back. It's a must see!

the mcu movies of themselves are mostly all great but as for these steelbbooks it's only worth the purchase to get the 4k releases and to complete the steelbook sets...

Action-packed movie but also has a sense of humor. There was also a tearful moment. Has a little of something for everyone. Can't wait for the sequel. I especially loved the retro music. Highly recommended this movie.

I had been looking for a copy at several different libraries in my area to no avail. Looking on the Best Buy site, I found it, ordered it online and picked it up in the store. Now I can go see the sequel.

All i can say is this movie is very well rounded! Humor, Action, Special Effects, great soundtrack, great acting, great story, never a dull moment & can watch with whole family! I am Groot! One of the best movies of all time!

I used to think that there was no greater movie than the Avengers. That was until I saw Guardians! This movie is so great! Funny, touching, and full of action. The soundtrack was even phenomenal! I highly recommend buying it!

It was the movie nobody expected to be good. It was the movie looked down upon for having a raccoon as a principle character. It was the movie that took the box office of 2014 by surprise. Welcome to the Cosmic Marvel-verse.

I wasn't sure about this movie, but absolutely love it after watching it. Great Sci-Fi movie reminds me of how I fell in love with the Star Wars movies as a kid. Definitely recommend and can't wait for further installments.

I am not really a fan of all these new Marvel movies but this one ROCKS! I don't know if it's the HUMOR - the MUSIC - or the SPECIAL EFFECTS but I have watched this OVER- and - OVER - and OVER! the 3-D VERSION is a MUST!

Before seeing this movie I was a bit skeptical because I didn't know much about the Guardians of the Galaxy but I'm glad I did watch it. Good amount of action and humor as well as a solid soundtrack.

Guardians of the Galaxy is one of the most enjoyable films I have seen in a long time. Sure it has some plot issues and can be confusing at times, however the acting, comedy, and special effects make up for its shortcomings!
