So glad I bought and watched before seeing GOTG vol.2. Movie is a lot of fun and action! If you like sci-fi, comedy and action this movie is perfect for you. If you haven't seen this yet, buy it now! Than go watch vol.2.

Even as a fan of the Iron Man's and Thor's and even the full team Avengers movie... Guardians of the Galaxy is easily the best Marvel movie so far with the awesome cast and story. Highly recommend whether you're into comic book movies or not.

This movie floored me compared to what I had expected it to be. Not all that familiar with the guardians comics, but this movie is an absolute must for any superhero fan. Cops cg and great actors, with an awesome tie into the marvel universe.

I got this as a gift for my nephew as a Christmas gift and he absolutely loved it. I just wish I had bought and extra copy for myself because the steel book had a awesome design with the retro cassette tape deck from the film, it was so cool.

Cant say enough great things about Guardians of the Galaxy. It's humorous, fun, action packed, and all around enjoyable to watch. My favorite character in the film has to be Rocket. Highly recommend this film

this is one of my sons favorite movies so I purchased it on 4k bluray for his birthday. he said that I can put the regular bluray in the livingroom because there sk no comparison.

I grew up reading marvel comics but never had the pleasure of reading any of these. Wish I had because the movie was great and the soundtrack is just as good! Couldn't wait to have this in my collection and the steel book version looks sweet!

Marvel has done it once again. Next to The Avengers, Gaurdians has to be my second favorite Marvel movie, made to date. highly recommend to any one who loves a good action comedy or to those Marvel fans who haven't purchased it yet. Must buy.

3D version of movie is good... especially noticeable when small embers and robots are flying. My family enjoyed this movie and look forward to seeing how this can connect with Avengers. HOWARD the duck did not make sense though in easter egg.

This movie is very reminisant of the original Star Wars: all these main characters with very different and distinct personalities on an adventure for the greater good. Great story, great acting, great special effects. Can't get enough of it.

I usually have low expectations for a much hyped movie as this was, but was pleasantly surprised about how good it was. Great special effects, good storyline and good villians. A few curse words so be cautious when watching with the kiddies.

The movie is funny, heartfelt, full of vivid characters, and has great space opera action. The 3D version is a great transfer, and smoothly switches to the IMAX shots of the action when available, making for a superlative viewing experience.

When I heard about it going to theaters back in 2015, I was a bit skeptical. I never read the comics before so I didn't know much about it. But when I saw the film, I thought it was great. The actors were good, there was some great balances between comedy and action, the pacing was good. I had a great time watching it in the theater. So as soon as I saw the DVD on the rack, of course I had to buy it. Looking forward to the second one this summer.

I purchased this blu ray movie and am very pleased with it. The case is durable and seems like it will hold up well for many years. The artwork and plastic are top notch. The blu ray disc is quality production and contains a wonderful movie.

Best surprise blockbuster of the year with something for everyone - another Marvel Studios smash hit! Breakout Chris Pratt and Zoe Saldana take on superhero/galactic mercenary roles in this instant classic sci fi/adventure/comedy/love story.

I saw this movie for the first time at an IMAX in Florida, since then I have seen it 4 more times in regular theaters before getting the release on Blu-ray. The blu-ray is just as good as seeing it in the theaters. You won't be disappointed.

I mean, who am I really telling about this movie??? Who hasn't seen the greatest Marvel movie to-date??? Cause if I'm talking to YOU then don't just sit there and read this!!! CLICK BUY OR GET OFF YOUR CHAIR AND GO GET YOUR COPY!!! hahahaha

Guardians of the Galaxy is a great sci-fi movie that does not take itself too seriously. If you are way into the comics, you may be a little disappointed with how some of the characters are implemented (re: the Nova corps) or the sprinkling of humor throughout, but for the casual fan and movie-goer, it's a blast set to a great soundtrack, and a lot of fun. For an added plus, look for some of the Marvel 'easter eggs' during the movie, particularly at 'The Collector's' hideout.

Great movie, fantastic action, A+!!!! The second best Marvel movie to be released. This is a must own on Blu Ray. The best buy steelbook is hands down one of the best looking I've seen for a movie. Completely original. Check this out today!

Guardians of the Galaxy is a great movie! I didn't get to see it in the theatre, but I purchased it when I purchased my new Samsung UN55HU9000FXZA curved screen 4K TV and my new Samsung Blu-Ray player. It is awesome watching it on that TV!
