my preorder movie purchased it comes with a steel box cover broken and bend I tried to get another one in good condition but is out of stock that's why I did preorder anyways at least you guys should give me some discount o credit because is not acceptable to order something and then revive it pick it up broken.

Broken cover will be returning, 2nd movie in a week I’ve seen ordered that has come shipped damaged.

I order the steelbook edition of GOTG 2 online and picked it up in store. The steelbook was packaged and sealed so no damages were visible. However, dents are noticeable after opening the package.

This isn't a review for the film as it was great. If you look at my recent history, you'll see I purchased the entire "Spaghetti Order" of Marvel movies in 4k. With that being said, the beginning fight scene in this movie has a lot of sudden "screeches" and "buzzing". I stopped the film only to go through the different settings on my 4k player, TV, and back to my surround sound. I even went through to switch HDMI cables and played the movie directly onto my TV from my 4k player; sound remained. I've had this with one other movie and I never did anything to replace it. Now that this is my second 4k movie to do this, and having recently watched it, I see I am my "cut off" date today. Unfortunately, it will take too long to get home and back to Best Buy to conduct any type of exchange. For that reason, I am extremely disappointed. I couldn't watch the movie in its entirety without the annoying screech, and now can't return/exchange it because I waited too long to watch the film and find this defect.

Not a fan of the Gaurdians of the Galaxy series. It is not on the same level as Avengers. Wish I could return it.

That's really all i can say about this movie; it didn't hold my attention at all. I found myself surfing on my phone while it was playing. I didn't feel the stakes were all that high, or if they were, the movie neglected to really focus on it. It was more about StarLord and his father, which I could care less about. Sorry Marvel, but this was a swing, a miss and strike 3 you're out!!!

The movie, as with the first is top notch.Unfortunately there are 2 bad spots in the disc,they aren't small either,a couple of minutes each, so I will have to return for HOPEFULLY a flawless 1

Love the movie. But I can't even get the 4k or the 3d copy to play in my Xbox one S. Going to have to refund Ughhhhh

This series is too one dimensional. It lost me when the giant Michael Douglas head of light appeared. The first one was enjoyable enough tho.

What a letdown from the first movie. Nothing going on here. Too bad Half.com is not around anymore.

The 4K disc would skip about one hour & 5 minutes into the movie for about 5 straight minutes.

Loved the first one. This one is a huge disappointment. Chris Pratt is a horiible actor.

Went to best buy to get my 4k 3d blueray disc set and they do not carry it. Love the movie but will give my business to someone else. :-(

Nearly all movies released on disk offer a digital Ultra Violet copy so we can add to our online library. But Disney/Marvel continues to market these disks as containing digital on the cases/sleeves but only provide the little compressed movie for a PC or a toy player. I expected Ultra Violet so I could add to my online library. Since these guys won't work with UV, I have officially stopped buying Disney/Marvel until they garage sale used at $3. I am not compelled to see them in a theater either - the same reason - I can rent them for a $1 in the meanwhile.

Would love to purchase the 3d Blue Ray, but no dice since it's only available on the sold out 4k steel book.

Salesperson behind the counter bagged the item before I could see it. Got home with my new bluray and noticed the slip cover was tore in three locations and crushed in a 4th spot. Yes Best Buy, when someone pre-orders a new bluray they want it to look someone's dog chewed it when they pick it up.
