When the app is not crashing, the usability is terrible. App is slow, cameras have to be reset multiple times during setup and customer service never addresses inquiries. Also, it is impossible to delete a camera from your list, all you can do is change the name. All of that aside what truly makes this system a useless expensive paperweight is the lag time from motion detection to recording. It takes 3-8 seconds to start recording an event at which time whatever you were trying to record is already out of the view of the camera or walking away and you get their back. The SENSITIVITY IS SET TO MAX. We have the white Outdoor HD Cam mounted approximately 9 feet high by door and pointed out towards driveway. Don’t waste your time or money.

I got this camera so I would be able to watch my dog outside while I was at work. So far, this has been a great product! It is easy to set up with the app and I am able to watch my dog without having to come home during my lunch break. Great product at an even better price.

For more than 3 years I have enjoyed the security of my interior Guardzilla. Now I have the added security of the exterior version aimed at my back deck. The installation was simple and adding the additional camera to my iPhone was a piece of cake. I can't recommend the Guardzilla enough.

I bought this for outdoor security monitoring of my home and it is perfect. Although I use it outside, it works well for indoor security purposes as well. I’m always satisfied with this brand in terms of simplicity, effectiveness, and price. Thanks guardzilla!

Easy setup and the app is very user friendly. The picture is pretty clear too! And I like that I can reposition it easily. I bought the indoor model too to watch my kids and or dog when I am at work.

It clarity isn't bad, you can see the dogs when not around the house and a course any Intruders. Only bad thing is its size, it's kinda bulky, and you really can't screw it to the wall like a normal surveillance/security camera's.

Needed an affordable outdoor survellance camera for my home. Very happy with the camera and the app and live stream works well with my phone. Great product for the price.

I purchased this camera a few weeks ago and am so happy with the results. I love that I can receive texts about any suspicious activity - even though it's apparently just the neighbors' cat!

I bought two of these outdoor cameras to put on the outside of the house this fall. A few days ago, I got a notification, and when I looked I saw a guy walking around the outside of my house. I immediately turned the car around and drive straight back home. The guy bolted when he saw my car pull into the driveway. I'm pretty sure I was able to stop a break-in that day thanks to this device.

The quality of this system paired with the price has been a great experience. The set up for me was easy and has caused me no problems.

This thing is terrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First of all, the camera connection was spotty at best. Sometimes it would work, most of the time I got a "Connection Failed" error. I placed at different locations, even right in front of my router, and it still worked less than half the time. Even if it did connect, the delay made it useless in most instances. I set it up to watch the from door. When I tested it out, the delay was so bad that someone could've walked up, taken the package and left before the camera could pick up footage. Also, when I would get a notification that the camera detected movement, there was nothing on the recent activity log. Never. Even testing it out and triggering it, it would not leave anything I could access for viewing. I bought this two days ago and am taking it back today. It's complete garbage and totally useless. I would give it zero stars if I could. Do not buy!!!

The Guardzilla Outdoor Cam was exactly what I was looking for. I am able to monitor my backyard and patio while not at home. Set up was very easy and the video resolution is awesome. When the camera is armed I receive alerts to my phone. I will most likely buy another one for the front of my home.

I have outdoor Guardzilla’s on every corner of my house. I’m getting about 2mos battery life with fairly normal use. It goes to sleep when not in use and wakes when I open the app.

Cheap, easy to set up outdoor camera to check on things outside! Company is helpful in answering my questions and I could set it up with my wifi in the house! Great Camera!

I placed this camera outside my front door at my apartment to feel safer and it connects to my wifi inside the apartment perfectly! Easy set up and I feel safe knowing who is at my front door prior to opening it. Great camera!

I wanted an outdoor camera to mount outside my house. A friend reccomended guardzilla. The camera was only $99 and I was able to download the app & set up in a matter of minutes. The camera has worked great so far. Guardzilla allows you to access the footage from the app, which is fairly easy to use. Definitley would reccomend for anyone!

I got this camera on recommendation from a co-worker because of its simplicity, yet shortly after I got it, he started having an issue the app but still kept mine because he had an older phone. I came to find the app is atrocious and heavily delayed, if its not crashing, which is not really helpful if you want to check on a notification live. You can only receive help if your near the device, they wont bother to help if you're not. When my camera's night vision started having an issue, I had to call. After over an hour tech support (telling me to do the same things over and over), they deemed that they needed to see the camera and based on my memory of time purchase said it should still be under warranty. They said I would receive an email with shipping instructions and can take a couple of weeks; I'd have NO camera for a few weeks. I never received the email and figured if I needed go purchase something to be covered during the repair period anyway, it was not worth the trouble or my time to recontact the poor customer service and tech assist. There are cheaper cameras that alone have better apps.

My guardzilla is exactly what I needed to keep an eye on my cats while I’m at work all day. So glad I found this product. Easy to setup and can control it on my phone.

i gave these cameras one star. They are not dependable is the key issue. I am getting 100% wi fi on the camera, its fully armed, the contacts for email and text alerts are set properly, and I am not getting any alerts. The app freezes up alot. After i walked in front of the camera and it clearly was recording there was no video in the app for me to see. Please dont make my mistake. This is painful.
