My other Guardzillas work fine, the one bought at Best Buy goes offline occasionally for no obvious reason

I purchased to watch my elderly mother when I am away. Great picture and connection. It was very easy to setup.

love this for the price and very useful security. i have 2 of this one in living room and 1 bedroom.

Viewing while away is awesome. Also, motion notifications are a plus along with the alert alarm.

Easy set up and monoritoring. Audio and video even miles away.

Works good. Was upset that I can't use a computer with the product, but works with Android.

Unit is easy to set up and takes great video. However, arming and disarming as well as motion detection is flaky. Sometimes it works as it should and other it does not. Could be a cloud related issue but not sure.

I love the security Guardsilla provides but I also like the comfort of checking in on the dog during the day.

When I first bought this, it worked great. Now that I have it set up at my vacation house, it is constantly disconnecting. May be the wireless, haven't figured it out yet. Customer support is helpful though.

It gives me peace of mind. The picture is super clear and the sound works great as well. My only complaint is sometimes it detects motion but nothing is there and no one is home. So either there's a ghost or something unknown to me hanging out in my house. I've had it a month and it's happened 3 times.

how great did I feel to come home to a brand new tv n it was ready for pick up in 1 hour n the picture clear as I have ever seen a picture before , I cant believe from start to finish how easy it was taken care of from the website to the order n to the pick up...thank u all for being wonderful ...theresa reaves

I couldn't edit my previous review which is sad and listed below. But here's an update: The camera created a Wi-Fi vulnerability in my network resulting in a hacker mac cloning and Wi-Fi spoofing. This resulted in me staring at a stuck image for hours, and a broken xfinity box :(

I had this camera in my living room to check on my kids when I wasn’t at home. The camera works okay, but it doesn’t tell you that unless you have an SD card (sold separately) inserted, you have to sign up for Guardzilla’s monthly recording service to be able to play back more than about 24 hours. The camera’s sound quality was okay, but oftentimes it would cut out while recording. If you’re using it for something simple like checking on your pet or your kids while you’re away, this might be a great fit for you. But if you need a camera with optimal audio recording capabilities for actual security purposes, I suggest getting a different device.
