What a fun new platform this version is! Love the reaction's you get from the band members, and the crowd.

This game is very fun to play alone or with friends. It is pretty easy to learn and yet still challenging enough to want to continue playing. The crowd switching from cheers to boos is a bit fast and the background is a bit distracting sometimes, however, this new game play is very nice! I like the new guitar buttons better than the old colored ones.

Great game over all so far. The different modes really does change the way you play the game. Plus with the new GH TV, the song selection is endless. Definitely different button control handling, but over all great game.

Originally bought for our son and he loves it! This soon became a family game as we all competed jamming out! Great graphics and ease of use. Definitely recommend for nights upon nights of fun!

I've been playing the guitar hero series since the 3rd release during my middle school years. I must say, it actually feels great to pick up a plastic axe again and start playing some songs that I'd never imagined to be on this release. I've ran into no issues whatsoever. For a PS3 platform (which I didn't expect it to be released on), the game runs pretty smooth, and hardware on the controller works flawlessly. Only pet peeve I have to say is the calibration. It was WAY off 1st time I played, but that's just my TV's fault for not being perfect. Overall, this is definitely worth the $100, especially if you're a GH fan, whether you're a pro or not.

This is a good game not what I expected though. It's an all new format from the previous games. It's a little more difficult than the earlier games.

It was alittle rough starting with the new button configuration, but after some long practice it's a blast.

Purchased for our Son-in-law. He enjoys the graphics, choice of songs and the audience was awesome.

I have loved the guitar hero franchise, this game follows suite. Really like the game play. 6 buttons are a game changer. HOWEVER, big dislike is that you can't play your old guitar hero games on this guitar due to the new configuration. Otherwise Great!

Fun to play but more challenging there are more keys than the old one.

My son was excited about this game, but as you start it, even after the tutorial, it is a pretty difficult session. He had never played any of the guitar hero series so it was difficult. But after the inital live intro, the song selection with beginner songs it was less frustrating and easier to learn and have fun. Just have to get past the intro!

Game play is awesome, guitar change is perfect and improves ease of learning!

Great product. My daughter loves it. She is getting good every day she plays it. I have the PS3 version as I don't have a ps4 yet. We love the great selection of songs. Love the fact that the game makes you feel you are on stage. Don't mess us otherwise your band members will give you the stinky look. Lol. Keep on rocking.

Visually it's great and the inclusion of live videos makes the difference. Gameplay is similar, aside from the different button layout. The guitar and microphone are IMO of lesser quality. Tour play (storyline) needs some work and the library could range more than most rock-indie music.

Once I got my new toy home and hooked it up which was very easy, I play with it for a few and was very satisfied. Over these later few months I have really enjoyed this game.

This game is really fun, i bought it for my son but I love playing it with him. The graphics are real people and you play towards a crowd. It is so much better then the old Guitar hero!

I haven't wanted to play PS3 for a long time and then I bought this game and now I can't stop! I look forward to coming home and rocking out in my living room!

What more can I say it's guitar hero takes some learning to play with the guitar but once you get the hang of it just takes training to be the best
