The images are so bright but without hurting my eyes , Highly recommend if you deal with a large amount of screentime in your daily life, or notice sensitivity to blue light.

Bought these for my Mom to help her with the bright lights in church. After her cataract surgery she became very sensitive to light. She says these have help her a lot. The only issue is they are not very tight on her head and slip off when looking down.
