Wonderful movie. Who doesn't like Brando & Sinatra? This is an entertaining musical. A great date night movie.

This is one of the fine old classic movie musicals based on a Broadway play. The acting, singing, dancing is top notch, as is the screenplay. Costumes and sets are colorful and dazzling. Frank Sinatra croons, Broadway star Vivian Blaine's performances are electric, and yes, Marlon Brando and Jean Simmons can really sing. Brando and Simmons have great chemistry and give sexy performances. The screenplay is excellent and so is the supporting cast. Michael Kidd's choreography is lively and fun. I have watched Guys and Dolls several times and will continue to watch it many times more. It is a timeless musical production. The Special Features have two 'making of the movie' documentaries that are a special bonus for film buffs.

There's a reason why many "top musicals of all-time" lists feature "Guys and Dolls" in the top spot. With a star-studded cast of not only great singers, but also great actors, the characters are portrayed with more depth and emotion than is allowed for by the stage production. The extras on this Blu Ray DVD - featurettes and a very nice booklet - highlight the deliberate, enriching decisions that contributed to this production - warranting the #1 spot in both "Greatest of All-time" lists ... and your heart.

One of my favorite movies of all time! This was performed by Barker Central School in the early 80s, my BFF was in the production, and I bought the DVD to preserve that memory.

I bought this DVD for my Mother & she said the sound was excellent, great quality & she loved the movie. :) The movie arrived very quickly too.

Ordered this as a gift for a friend of mine, and ultimately ordered myself a copy - the book is a great add on and the movie is a lot of fun.

A must have for fans of this classic. Looks great.

I had not thought to see Brando in a musical, but he actually did very well in this one. A very fun romp of a movie, with good lyrics, and story.
