Firstly pay close attention when buying third party from Best Buy website. Apparently Best Buy sets the "price" showing the MSRP and making you feel like you are getting a value but if you search other sites for similar products you see the price is "standard" for this same thing.
This furniture set is not built to last. I weigh 380 lbs, and the cushions flatten immediately, making the bars underneath very noticeable and uncomfortable. The seating is extremely low to the ground, and the set is much smaller than it appears—it honestly feels sized for children. There’s a reason they don’t show people sitting on it in the photos, so check the measurements carefully.
Assembly isn’t hard, but the instructions are poor, and tightening some bolts can be frustrating with the wicker edges stabbing your fingers during installing. To make matters worse, my set arrived with a bent seat back and a table missing pre-drilled holes. Customer service was little help and ended up offering a small refund but after a week of back and forth.
I paid $559.99, and even at that price it isn’t worth it. I wouldn’t pay more than $400 max. If you want something that will last and be comfortable, look elsewhere.
