I notified H&R Block of the inaccurate information and was literally transferred around to 12 different people over the course of 3 hours. The last person I spoke with took my information and was going to have a software engineer call me later that day -- that was 2.5 weeks ago -- no call or anything. I would avoid H&R Block - Deluxe like the plague given the wrong tax code and inept customer service.

Awful Experience

It doesn't matter if you ever notice that you just made a mistake because calling Best Buy for assistance was an awful experience and, after wasting a long time in queue, I was told they couldn't really helped me until I bought the software again and I called them back with proof of purchase. Nonsense!

Doesn’t work on my iPad

Import functionality broken, poor customer support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Program failed to import my 1099-DIV information correctly (some data were missing) even though it reported "success". I spent an hour on the phone (including a half hour on hold) reporting the issue to first level support and then second level support. Second level support said I should receive a response by the next day. Several days later (after not hearing anything), I was invited (via email) to call the "escalations" line to follow up. When I called, she reviewed the issue and stated that "the import functionality is not guaranteed" and I'd have to enter the information manually. So they're not going to fix it. After being a loyal customer for many years, I'm switching to TurboTax from now on!
