I only buy this product because it is cheap. Make sure you save or print your returns once they are submitted, because if you don't and they have a software update, you can't recreate what you sent to the IRS. They do not support effective-date processing. There are a few other bugs that I am familiar with as well, such as how it treats your 1099g information. I've reported this years ago, but they don't fix it. Support is terrible, but on sale I can usually get it for $20, so I work around the issues and can usually find correct answers on the INTUIT sites.

Decent product, some ambiguity in places in the questionnaire, but got the job done. One disappointment is, paid $57 for the product as it covered both Federal and 1 State, but failed to advise there is an additional $19.95 charge to e-file the State Return making the overall cost about the same as Turbo Tax. A bit deceptive.

have been using this for thirty or more years, first under its original company before HR Block purchased it. Prefer it to the best selling software, as it is question based, instead of forms based, and has never had problems. I only have three people to prepare for, but 20 years ago, I had a large tax practice, with no problems in using this software, as my tax practice has always been part time.

It works. We needed an inexpensive all-in-one printer quickly, but did not want to use an app on a phone to FAX. We found this one, readily available, and bought it. Set up was easy. We were able to FAX, scan and print, all easily and all necessary for what we were doing.

Works very well especially if your a previous user and or use Quicken since it automatically populates the majority of forms from your previous uses. Some of the explanations could be better. But overall it allows you to complete your taxes much faster and accurately.

I have used H&R block tax software for several years and find it easy to navigate and the assistant walks you through each scenario clearly. I upgraded from Deluxe to Premium this year since I needed schedule E for a rental property. Will continue to use in the future

We've used this product for several tax years. Very accurate and easy step by step instructions for filling out forms. Information from previous years are carried over to the current tax year. Great software support from H&R Block when needed.

I like the H&R block online tax program. I was disappointed with the software download. I thought both programs would be similar, but I was very wrong. I didn't think the questions were clearly written in this program and getting assistance on a glitch was a complete run around to different departments. I

Generally I like H&R Block products and would have given it a 5-star rating except the product didn’t include one of the features described in the summary (the only reason that I purchased this version) and the online help was dreadful.

Because (deluxe & premier) TurboTax software glitches in handling stock option trades I received a refund from Intuit. The glitch occurs when IRS form 8949 info is transferred to the state Turbotax. Anyway, I'm replacing TurboTax with H&R block now and it appears to be correctly handling the data.

"2021" Worked great 4 Stars, but I didn't have a great experience at all with the 2022 software. I had issues with efilling for 2022. I didn't have any issue filling with H&R last year 2021 that's why i bought 2022 H&R.

After purchase wasn’t sure how to download as it did not show up on Best Buy downloads. But, after rereading email confirmation — it clearly stated instructions to use a provided link. No problem once I clicked on it.

Best software for the price. Not much changes from year to year but definitely recommend over the more expensive Turbo Tax

Did everything it was suppose to except I was a little disappointed that it makes you pay to “efile” the state return.

Best tax software for family use and good price too

Would be terrific if the software included all state forms; for example M1PR.
