Always a good value and easy to use. Imports info from prior year which saves a lot of time. Never had a problem with H&R Block.

Historically been a decent software for doing my taxes. Nothing too complicated in my portfolio and the questions asked are simple enough to follow.

Simple download, easy to use, just like going to H&R Block, but costing hundreds less. Very pleased with this software.

I depend on this tax software each year. It does a great job, mostly. However, when it gets to the end of the return, it throws an error message about one of the 1040 fields needing to be filled in. It's the same thing every year - it doesn't ask for the one particular field (something about state ID) to be filled in, but it won't transmit without it. I have to go back through the return a second time to fill in the field that it failed to ask for the first time. Other than this one little hiccup, it does a great job.

Easy to install and use. A few things to note 1) if you install program in any drive other than C, you will not be able to check for software update; I had to uninstall and reinstall it. 2) I have been saying for a few years, the software needs a fixes when it comes handling schedule K’s. 3) a forms are included even when you answer no to the question. Despite these, I highly recommend the software as it is very easy to use and fast simple filing process.

Always a good software package — have been using it for many years. Buying H&R Block through Best Buy was quick & easy: Received my activation code and download instructions by email w/in minutes of purchase. Also, having the purchase receipt in my email makes for easy tracking later, if needed. I have to buy this every year … making the purchase through Best Buy’s website is a good decision all around.
