I started off using Turbo Tax, but H&R Block works just as well, and is cheaper. You can import all your personal information from previous years (ie. names, kids' names, social security numbers, etc.), so it's a time saver.

I used to use Turbotax, but H&R is much cheaper and performs just as well. The year-to-year integration is great so I don't have to keep inputting personal info.

Returned the first one to Best Buy and exchanged for the same Premium Tax Software package. There is a FLAW in this software for Mac. The CD only has a Federal program even though it says Federal and State. When you finish the Federal, a message pops up saying you must buy the State for $39.95 from H & R Block! I have used this software for 8 years without a problem. If you purchase the same software twice and it has the same problem, it is a problem for the developer...H & R Block.
