the service and 4g speeds are great. plus the rate plans cannot be beat.

It's just a budget phone plan for those who have no other choice.

H20 does not work very well. I bought it for my friend who visit from seoul and his phone does not work. H20 said the phone needs to be unlocked and it is wrong. I gave my old phone which is not unlocked and it works fine.

I would not recomment this if you need a phone number for they do not provide one an the internet is really slow

long wait time to speak to a live operator, who will be the one to acitvate the card.

Spent 7hrs waiting on a not her phone waiting for the provider to set the system up properly to make calls and text messages to my parents who are sick. Will not recommend this company to anyone it was a bad experience that was recommended by a best buy associate.

Didn't work with my phone. Horrible customer service. Then they charged my credit card after I cancelled. These charts don't work with unlocked phones..

Advertises that it fits most all phones, but it didn't work in the four different phones we tried. Sadly disappointing.

This is a great plan Im using now with my Samsung Note2. I do a of comparisons with services to stay up to date with my unlocked phones to get the most of my features. This is a plan for the unlimited package minded customers! I had a dual sim card phone with a $10 minute plan(200 minutes) on one sim and the $60(unlimited) on the other which I passed to my son. They both get good service(AT&T) where I need it when I travel to my hometown in the woods LA/MS line. I had Sprint/Tmobile service before which did not work in this area or had drop calls inside relatives residences in TX. If you want a plan with the first 500MB of data at 4G and the rest of the 2GB of data at 3G this is it!! No drop calls, steady FB notifications,email,apps,Tango,and google searchs and data has never run out on me even with turning the wifi off tryn to run down the data!! The only bad thing is that the 3way calls only work with the minute plans( 5 cents a minute) not the unlimited!! You cant go wrong with the coverage H2O has using the AT&T towers. Remember this is a good unlocked phone and non contract service; so dont be crying looking to call customer service every five minutes and expect to get someone on the first call. Once you get customer service they can help you if needed!! This is a good service for the people who know what they need and want with their services, you wont see any TV commercials because this is the real deal for the experienced customers wanting no ties to annual contracts, no need to broadcast!! Remember this only works in GSM phones!! Hopefully my average citizen experience and review helps someone.
