I've been totally impressed with the wireless coverage with this service. I've traveled all around the Lansing area, over to Grand Ledge, south into Holt and Mason, even down into Charlotte (you'll lose it west of Ainger Rd though) and Eaton Rapids and have had great coverage with the service! I've had to talk to customer service a few times, and the wait times were pretty long, but they were able to assist me both times. I haven't gotten the wireless data to work with the iPhone 4 yet, although I've read that others have. I'm using iOS 4.2.1, again on a LOCKED device, and I couldn't be happer with this service, especially for $40/month for unlimited calling and texting! I purchased a locked iPhone 4 from a guy off Craigslist. I then purchased this wireless service, trimmed the included SIM to a Micro-SIM form factor, and inserted it into the iPhone 4. I connected the iPhone 4 to iTunes and it activated instantly, no problems!

I live in So. America. It was imperative I be in communication with 2 schools there and family here. I spent hours on hold and then with technicians, customer service & support. We were NEVER able to activate the phone card. (Yes I bought and inserted the corresponding SIM card) I wasted my money, almost lost a job back home, and family could not stay in contact with me. Of course, I couldn't get my money back because of what it was....I asked. One sales person said she would not recommend it to anyone either. She had a difficult time with this brand herself.

I have purchased this product since before 2009 and I have had some issues with the service but overall the value of the product outweighs issues. I am able to receive pics, internet but I am careful not to use all my Gbites all at once. I am able to use this product with an HTC Sense phone and NO Contract.

card is very good for international calls. it gives long talk time especially on international calls.

Easy to load and easy to loose, can easily buy from store

We purchased the card from Bestbuy, specifically for making calls to India. With some initial problems, very nicely solved by the Boulder Bestbuy people, we could make a lot of calls to India, I very strongly reommend this card, specifically for making calls to India.

The card is a best item for GSM cell phone that I ever use for my phone give a exultant result and I am very much pleased with this best by products

If you have never set up a SIM card then this product is not for you. It started with lousy customer service at the BB in Morrow and went down hill from there. I was mis-lead to believe that this product could be used for international travel. It is NOT. Setting it up was another problem. If you called the customer service number, you were routed to a third party who had no connection to the product. Waste of time and caused nothing but frustration and aggravation. Would not buy it again!

The card didn't work because my phone was to unlocked. Instead of helping, I was hung up on twice, got a non English speaker, no call back from customer support, refusal to transfer to a supervisor and worst yet Best Buy refused to refund as well. Never buy this product, it's the worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
