Amazing Experience

Better than the first in every way
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been following this developer since their Bastion days…hades II continues the tradition of the complete package being refined with each successive game. Hades was the game that convinced me roguelikes didn’t have to be a time suck or some bragging rights machine…the music, writing, design those that said “we’ll never let the player hear the same piece of dialogue more than once” and stuck to it—it all added such flavor to a horribly addictive gameplay loop, and the second game does all that and more with confidence, fun, and beautiful art. Looking forward to getting more and more out of this game.

A worthy sequel

A sequel done right.
