With the help of next gen hardware, Hades has never looked better! 4k 60 fps makes a huge difference and I’m able to spot out new details I never could on Switch. The higher frame rate improves the quality of the game so much, and I don’t think I can ever play it on Switch again! It stinks that you can’t move your save data over, but it feels nice and refreshing to start all over and avoid some of the mistakes I made on my first play-through. I highly recommend you purchase this game, and to support other indie games and developers! These indie developers have some of the brightest minds in the industry, offering a new perspective while not having a big company shooting down their ideas. A big round of applause for the amazing people at Supergiant Games and Private Division for bringing Hades to a brand new level!

Awsome game, losts of power features, unexpect the unexpected.

Hades is a roguelite game in which you try to escape the underworld. Everything about the game is perfect, such as the gameplay the art the voice acting and the soundtrack.

Great game. Story is excellent. Gameplay is stellar. Would recommend to anyone. Wait until it’s cheap and pick it up. Youll love it.

I absolutely love this game. It's a Rogue-like, in that when you die, you lose the boons (power-ups) and the weapon upgrades that you collected. There are systems in place though that allow you to make permanent upgrades, and even a God mode that lets you take less damage. All of this is wrapped up in a wonderful story with amazing characters, music, and voice acting.

If you haven’t played this, what are you waiting for? This is one of the best rogue lite games around, beautiful artwork and music. Wish I could play it again for the first time.

Amazing game. This game is an isometric dengeon crawler. Expect to die and start over but slightly stronger. New weapons and perks allow new and interesting gameplay. The voice acting is really good and the story is great.

Picked up the game because it was just announced that a sequel was in the works and wanted to see for myself what the hype was about. The high praise and awards live up to every minute I played. I’ll be pre-ordering the next game.

I loved Hades so much I bought it on three different platforms! This game completely changed my opinion on rougelikes, a genre I was previously wary of. The game is challenging, but never feels cheap. It really rewards persistence, not only from learning and improving your skills, but also a with a really great story. I loved this game's take on the Olympic gods and the writing is well done--there are a lot of great moments. This is a must-play!

Great game! I played it on PC and wanted to be able to play it on my PS5. Great music, fun gameplay I'd recommend to almost anyone.

Really great game, Supergiant is already a great company with many amazing games and Hades so far is their best.

This game deserves all the awards that it has won, including game of the year on some sites. An absolute blast to play. Being that this game is a rogue-like, I was hesitant at first to try it. I ended up purchasing it on Switch a few months after release, having been finally persuaded by all the online love for the title. This game will most likely click with you regardless of your thoughts on the rogue-like genre, and that is due to how perfectly its executed. The runs themselves are fast and short. So even if you have a complete run, you're looking at 35-50 minutes of play time. Therefore failed runs (which you will have a lot of) can be as short as 15 to 20 minutes. This gives you that "one more try" hook before you stop for the day. On top of the runs themselves being so fun, the RPG elements are equally as addicting. You slowly build up your character after each run, so even if you think you're regressing in your skill on the controller, you'll be hooked by the fact you're permanently leveling up your guy in different ways between runs. Beyond that, this title has surprising longevity. The developers basically want you to have a run count that goes over 100. New systems and item trading mechanics unlock as you tally up more and more attempts. Lastly I'll note that I did re-buy this on PS5 (you're welcome Supergiant) in addition to the Switch, and it was worth it. Trophy hunting on PS5 adds new variation, and the 4k graphics are a big step up. Also the physical copy comes with a booklet which is a nice touch for collectors.

I have played this non stop and it's all I've played since it's released onto ps5. If you're into any type of roguelite gameplay and hold in high regard top tier voice acting, story, and mythology then this is an absolute must buy. If you're familiar with SuperGiant games and enjoy their work then you know this game will not disappoint

Gameplay is very addictive the vibrant colors and the smooth frames is just perfect I double dipped on this just to see the difference from the switch version and of course there is going to be a difference one being the frames don’t dip on crazy action like on the switch. And of course the price is just icing on the cake get it you won’t regret it.

This game is great. Gameplay is challenging, but not too hard. The character design and the story are amazing, and the music is awesome! Even better, the physical version comes with a code to download the soundtrack and a booklet with all of the character art.

This game is great - it’s a rogue like game so it’s challenging but addicted because your constantly leveling up. The art style is cool and the gameplay is superb . Hours of fun - must buy I say. Take your time and sharpen your skills over time .
