    The delivery takes a long time, and the dryer is defective. I had to make a service call before I can even use the machine. I'm waiting now for a new computer part to make it work. I would not recommend this dryer.

  • Power Cord attaching

    The power source plate, which has to be removed in order to attach the power cord, has one screw holding it on but it won't come off. It is so tightly applied that even a power-screwdriver will not get it loose. The head threads are damaged (before attempting to remove it) so a philips won't even take hold.

    I love this dryer however, I don't like the constant beeping , would a technician disconnect that feature? Otherwise it's a good purchase
