This movie, directed by Rob ZOMBIE, as so the first remake, sends you into a hole new story, way different as so in the original H2. Their are hospital scenes as a matter of fact in the new H2 remake, but it's to trick the fans, because what you see "might not be really happening" and it only lasts about 15 minutes. To change the subject SAMUEL LOOMIS (MALCOLM MCDOWELL) is genuine as always in any film he's played in. I don't like how they made LOOMIS a cocky arrogant spoiled rich dr. who has cashed in with MICHEAL MYERS, because of the new book he wrote that tells all about EVERYTHING that happened in the MYERS family, and also gives out THE BIG FAMILY SECRET, it is a fresh take on the franchise and i definetely reccomend it.

This movie to me, was amzing. Granted, the original Halloween II was just awesome, but this was a great sequel to Halloween (2007). I loved Scout Taylor-Compton's portrayal of a messed up mental girl who went through alot and just feels like killing everyone. The whole ghost mom and young Michael thing was amazing too. Tyler Mane's portrayal of Michael Myers was just as good as his first portrayal of Myers in the first remake if not, better. I do not have any complaints about this movie at all. The Halloween series lives on forever..evil NEVER dies. =)

Halloween is the best series. 100% worth watching.
