Just like the other people who reviewed this, mine also came dented. Other then the dents, the set looks great. Just disappointed to receive it dented. Also you cant even exchange it for a new one because this is a limited edition and best buy is out of stock.

I really like the look of the raised slipcover to match the last Halloween slipcover release.As far as the look of the movie in 4K, it is not to bad.Saw this at the movie theater and they did a good job with the transfer.Sound is good throughout the entire movie.Now, for the important part, the story line.Not up to par in my opinion.I have watched every Halloween movie from the franchise since it has started.Saw the original when I was 9 years old in 1978 during the week of Halloween.My older cousins knew someone at the window and they got me in with other 5 of them.Lol.Fun times:)The movie has had a lasting impression on me since 1978.To say that this new one is written and directed as well is a far stretch.The last movie to kick the original series back into existence was a well thought out and directed continuation from the original 1978 Halloween.This one took a different direction with Michael Myers character.His actions were way to fast in a lot of the scenes.Now if we are to believe that he is getting stronger as he kills more people then I wish the writers could have explained that at the beginning of the story in some manner.Hard thing to do.So I thought the pace of the kills were not proper for the Myers we all know.If they speed him up more in the next movie then it will be like watching the Roadrunner on Saturday morning cartoons!Granted,I did enjoy the new flashbacks or backstory that showed Donald Plesance.That was a nice touch in my opinion.I did not care for Tommy, played by Anthony Michael Hall.Wish they would have cast someone different for him.Missed opportunity I feel.Most everyone else I didn’t mind there performances.Except by the end of the movie I was so,so tired of Karen played by Judy Greer.I could only hope to never see or hear her again in this franchise.I didn’t mind her in the last movie,but this time she was just useless and annoying.Also,I hated the fight scene in the street at the end.Stupid beyond belief!!!After all these people in town know of Michael Myers evil and they have this kind of showdown is poor sloppy writing.We can all only hope that the writing is at least as good and original as the Halloween 1978 or Halloween 2018 for the next movie.I look at these movies as 4 parts with Jamie Lee Curtis as the catalyst of the story.Hopefully John Carpenter has some kind of input with the story for what should close out Laurie Stodes character.If Hollywood can’t kill the Michael Myers character because of what the contract says then I at least hope they close out Laurie in a smart way.She deserves that much after all these years of portraying Laurie Strode.I can only wish for this movie, Halloween Kills, to be a have to watch between the first two movies and the final one that is to come.So after a long review here I would give this a 6 out of 10.By the way,It took me many years but I am pretty sure I have figured out what Michael Myers really is from a creators and writers standpoint.John Carpenter and Debra Hill left clues in the first movie 1978 and the 2018 one.If you really listen to the classroom scene in the 1978 movie with Laurie.Plus watch the scenes with Laurie at home in 1978 you learn a lot about what Michael is or could be.Then watch 2018 scenes really close with Laurie.You will see an alignment of one object from 1978 to the 2018 movie.Then if you do some research you of that object I think you will find what I believe is a deep motivation for the Michael Myers character.What he is behind that mask once he puts it on.I am certain that either Debra Hill or John Carpenter came up with the story of Michael from their studies in college of a particular artist.That is all I will say about such a clever character that has endured Hollywood horror fans for all these years.I like to know motivation even for what some might view as a simple slasher character.Michael Myers character I believe was created by John and Debra from their love of art, formal education and taking something they learned about another artist to expand into what we all now know to be Michael Myers:)))Long Live Halloween!!!!!!

The artwork on this film is amazing, Im a huge Halloween fan & I am super glad I pre-ordered this limited edition because the first day it was released, it was already sold out. I love that because it makes it more personal & totally awesome. I also love that it came with the theatrical version & the extend cut, including a blu ray film & the 4K film with the digital copy as well. 10 out 10 for sure. Thanks BestBuy!

Halloween Kills is a great movie, minus the ridiculous Evil Dies Tonight nonsense. I think I prefer it to the 2018 one, and DEFINITELY like it more than Halloween Ends. The 4K cut looks great too.

Oh boy were do I begin!! This is my favorite out of the newest trilogy but that isn't saying much in my opinion. 2018 had to much comedy and not enough night shots! Kills had better atmosphere and the beginning blew my socks off!! The last was sad and never should have been made!!

My reason for purchasing this is because I have been following Micheal for years and I’m just adding this to my collection to be perfectly honest with you. Scary movies have always been a way that I have actually analyze humanity.

The Steelbook arrived in great condition. Mine was boxed with bubble wrap. Others are stating a padded envelope, I can only assume it depends on which distribution center is shipping these. I have all of the Best Buy Halloween Steelbook UHD's, and this one is a great addition to the collection. Great special features on the disc as well as an alternate ending and theatrical. The one star reviews really aren't fair. They should be rating the product itself and not the fact the Steelbooks are sold out. I think they were more popular than anticipated. But as others have mentioned, order it as soon as you see it for sale, not matter how early it may seem...I ordered mine in October. BB will run your credit card to make sure it's active and has the funds available, but they won't actually charge you until they ship. However, if you did get a damaged one, than I agree with you...not acceptable...Rate it based on the damage...that deserves a poor rating. It's worth getting. Who knows, maybe they will produce more due to demand. Every one star rating I've seen, is solely based on the disc being sold out. (exception damaged ones...which should be rated poorly) Again...rate the product, not the availability.

Exceeded my expectations more story than the first, but honestly parts dragged here and there. But if you're a hard-core fan of the franchise I'd actually recommend.

Great for collectors and fans of the series. Continued the story from 2018 is the best in this new installment, is a must watch!!!

Love me some Michael Myers. Halloween movies are my Favorite

This is probably the one of the best swands with the most killing in awesome. This you like seeing people get murdered. This is the way to go.

Great new chapter to the Halloween series. Great direction, great acting, and always brings me back to the essence of what Halloween truly is.

Suspenseful on the edge of your seat didn't think it was going to end the way it did good Halloween movie to watch during the Halloween season

Loved this installment of Halloween. Micheal is the true boogeyman. A must for any Halloween fan.
