Damaged steel books and steel book sets seem to be a common trend with Best Buy. I ordered two sets within the same shipment. Both were tightly stuffed into a bubble mailer that would clearly offer zero protection. The first set was completely destroyed. Unfortunately, the picture of this damage won't upload (even after resizing). If anyone from this company cares to reach out to me, I can easily provide it. The second set (not pictured) was dented in multiple areas, but I was willing to live with the superficial damage. This set unfortunately didn't have any discs in the Halloween Ends case. This was close to a $170.00 order and Best Buy couldn't be bothered to ship these sets in a box with some packing paper? Zero common sense... I immediately went to return both sets to store #402 in Utica, MI. The kid behind the counter thought that my situation was humorous due to the constant smirk on his face. A manager or supervisor that had to help process the return also seemed to care less. I politely asked her where was the common sense behind this type of packaging. She rudely told me that they have no control over how internet orders are packaged. I received zero apology from her and she didn't offer any assistance in getting me damage-free replacements. She then walked away visibly annoyed with the situation. They did have one set left at this location. The problem was that they put the wire anti-theft device on it so tight that the case was severely creased on all sides. I love their releases, but they need to do better... Not just with their shipping practices, but with the professionalism of their employees.

This trilogy wasn’t my favorite first two were ok but then the third movie just threw me off but the box set is awesome I only had the first 2 on digital so decided to get this and add the third one to the collection

C.o.a has spelling wrrors, very unprofessional and slopped together

Set itself looks great, but did Cole slightly damaged with a dent on the top. It was also missing the digital code.

Nomatter how you buy best buy products they arrive damaged. I preodered this and it arrived destroyed. I was lucky enough to find it in store and it was still damaged under the packaging. Customer support has been awful and basic said oh well.

The outside case was all dented up & caved in. I am highly mad & disappointed. Its a shame i payed all that money & they didn't take any care at all when shipping it. No bubble wrap nothing

Yes its a steelbook. But dont call it a trilogy. There are a total of 13 Halloween movirs and you only get 3. I’m returning this and grtting my money back

the box arrived destroyed, dents every where. if it was the shipping best buy should have never sent it that way.

The only reason I gave this set 4 stars is again because of the spelling errors in the Certificate of Authenticity! To spend a good amount of money on this set it is a shame that this exists. With that said I am very happy with this purchase and is my first Steelbook set.

This amazing steel tin with Steelbook of all 3 DGG halloween trilogy definitely serves up for the people who miss the steelbook first time around or just an overall collector...downfall is still no original ending to 2018 but overall great product

This is a solid set. Beefy. I grabbed one in store so I could be sure if it’s condition. The artwork and steel box is a great touch. I’m not the biggest fan of Halloween Ends but this set certainly didn’t disappoint.

Awesome collector's purchase! Wonderful illustrations on the steel books and sleeve/case. It's a tremendous misfortune that I couldn't get any photos to upload.
