This short story is a good way to start the Halo franchise again. I am not gonna give any spoilers but just trust me that this movie short can really go a long way. If big time directors was to watch this film andf take notes from it like the story mainley then pretty soon we will for sure have an excellent made holloywood movie!

A fun live action movie set in the Halo universe. One of the primary characters will later play a role in the game Halo 4, but the most interesting plot points involve the cadets at a military academy experiencing early events of the Covenant war, first from a distance and then from close at hand. Those who have read some of the novellas set in the Halo universe will recognize the events that are beginning to unfold long before the characters in the movie do.

If you love the games you will love this movie - must see

I really did not expect much for a movie based on a video game. I have seen several and all of them have disappointed. Most of them try to reproduce the game in story form and always fail. Some games just don't have enough plot or plot ideas to sustain any story longer than 10 minutes in length. By focusing on a group of cadets training for a war with fellow humans we are given a more leisurely introduction to the Halo universe. In addition the makers of the film did not try to explain everything at once which adds to the confusion I have encountered with other video game based movies.

So long as you're a fan of the Halo video game (which I totally am!) this movie will keep you on the edge of your seat. Those that aren't fans will be constantly asking what is going on (like when mom tried to watch it with me)

Valued price and this film is action-packed. I didn't know Halo made full-length films until I bought this DVD for my niece.

A good storyline to the early days leading up to the Human Covenant war. a lot of great extras and behind the scenes definitely for the true hardcore halo fan

Gave a glimps of the game in real world drama and was enjoyable, especially the warthog

Another must own film for Halo fans. Well done with plenty of the things we've come to expect from playing the video games....watch and Enjoy!

this is a very cool movie that’s in the halo universe

I enjoy almost all Science Fiction and this movie is right up my alley. Thought I wouldn't do backflips over it I enjoyed watching it and, maybe in the distant future I will watch it again.

It's movie you should have. My Grandson's love it they are 4,7 years old. Im a big HALO FAN..I was amazed with the graphic really...
