It may be one of the best games I've ever played- certainly better than Halo 2 or 3 in terms of story and gameplay.

This is pretty good advancement from the regular Halo 3. ODST was a big misstep in trial and error of game development. Especially with no team match up capability and then having achievements based on getting x4 players together for high scoring requirements. There seems to be better player investment with daily and weekly challenges. The costume add-ons are a bit meaningless but they are some sort of reward for time spent. This game is also more demanding of the system. It's requirements broke my Elite system or seemed to push it over the edge to red ring of death. Game now on stand by till system returns from MS. So if you are looking for a reason to upgrade your system this may be handy for you.

The best thing about this game is the graphics and the story.

I woudn't normally use a word like beautiful to describe a first person shooter, but it's not just the game (which is fantastic, of course). Dr. Halsey's journal and other documents providing the back story on the Spartans, the realistic packaging, etc make for a very compelling and immerse experience.

THis game finalizes what could be argued as on of the best video game series of our generation. A fitting end ( or begining) to a story we have followed over the last 10 or so years. The anticipation of a new HALO game will be something lost at this point.

Greatly improved multiplayer on Xbox Live! Responsiveness to controls has been improved too.

I picked up this game on Black Friday this year, it was an amazing deal, about $15. Unfortunately bestbuy.com oversold every item that I had ordered, I received a back order notice w all stores showing that the products I've ordered wre out of stock. I went to my nearest store and found 15 of these Halo Reach special editions, yet when I searched online that store listed as zero in inventory. Out of all my items the only one I was able to get was the one I went to the store and pulled myself. Three days before Christmas I get a cancellation notice that my order had been cancelled due to lack of inventory. Beware shopping during Black Friday

The last installment by Bungie in the Halo franchise has returned to the feel of combat from the original Halo game. The weapons and balancing once again seem fair!

Bungie did an excellent job on Reach. They took all the best parts from their previous Halo games and were able to put them into one. Bravo Bungie, Bravo.

I've been a fan of the Halo series for a while and I like how they build the story with the supplemental supplies that came in the Limited edition.

I have played all of the Halo games , but this tops them all . I totally recommend this game for any Halo fan or first person shooter fan .

new MP game types welcome. Esp. Firefight. Campaign is a little short, IMO, but still great fun. Always enjoy co-op.

This game rocks. Halo will never suck. If you like shooting games this is a must get. It will keep you playing.

Extremely good graphic. It seems they have made some fine tuning to the controller making target aiming a snap.

The campagn has a good story but I have only played the games and not read the books.
