Awesome conclusion to the series
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just entered the Halo world with Halo 3, which I loved. Halo Reach took the enjoyment I had playing the game to a whole new level. From graphics and sound to storyline, Halo Reach was on top. My only criticism would be that some more work could be done on the AI's. Other than that, it was a great game that I will enjoy playing for a long time.

It's Halo, what else is there to say?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You are either a Halo fan or you are not, usually no middle ground. Like any other first person shooter you can become addicted and play for hours and not even realize it. Lot of fun and as always graphics are great, game play is top notch. it's all about the multi player so if you have this game you are online . A+ game.

Great Game
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Campaign was very fun and engaging. The length was good it was not too long or too short. The story line is very well written and gives you the feel you are on Reach. The multiplayer is fun. too many little kids arguing though. the forge mode is amazing and the best thing i have seen for map customization

Solid Game
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good game for anyone who enjoys intense multi-player. The campaign is well designed as well. The game menu interface is probably the most impressive thing about this game. Finding multi-player matches, watching replays in the theater, and customizing your avatar is all done in a very smart intuitive way.

Worthy of the Title "Halo"
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yet another Halo game that keeps up the series name. Graphics are great; the enemy AI is fantastic and makes the game more difficult, but in a good way; many multiplayer options, including Xbox live with up to 4 people on one console!

Amazing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If I could, I would rate this game higher than five stars. The campaign has the perfect amount of difficulty and by far the best I have seen in the series. Same for the multiplayer, which has forge world. In forge world, you have the freedom to create your own map variant.

Fun and challenging
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have really enjoyed playing Halo: Reach. Playing the campaign on Legendary is a great experience. The game is just hard enough to take some planning and patience to complete but not so difficult to be overly frustrating. The multiplayer is also great and gives the title longevity.

Great prequel in Halo series
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is excellent and lives large on delivering all the hype that it built going into it's release. The storyline is detailed enough to keep you interested while the game play is action packed enough to hold your focus throughout.

Excellent story line and graphically beautiful.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Halo game is well worth the purchase. It is challenging and the story line fits with the rest of the Halo series. The game took about 10 hours to complete, but the challenge was average. Very similar to the Halo 1 game.

Pretty Good Game
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is pretty good. It has amazing graphics. I enjoy playing multiplayer although it takes a long time to fill the lobby. I like how you can unlock different equipment types and voices etc. The campaign is somewhat easy though.

Awesome!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I rented this game from blockbuster for 5 days and I couldn't get off of it!! The campaign is highly addictive and it tells a great story if you read the game review from best buy it tells you about it. The matchmaking I liked, but I wish they would have made some easier maps for beginners because I found it hard to kill someone when I'm always getting killed. Forge world was awesome because you got to build your own maps and share them with my friends. My biggest problem was the amount of like natural objects and decoration. I don't even use decorations but they give you a 100 decoration limit but they give you a 50 natural object limit which is what I make my maps with. Overall it is the best game I've ever played!

Halo Reach
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Halo: Reach is a great upgrade from Halo 3. They've fixed all the bugs and vastly improved upon the online multiplayer pitfalls; specifically, the bogus ranking system.

An honorable end to an Iconic Franchise
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I began to play this game while trying to keep expectations low for fear I would be severely let down. Surprisingly I was impressed with this final entry in the Halo saga. Campaign gameplay is smooth and makes sense. Graphics are acceptable given the style developers were trying to capture. Many of the classic Halo elements are still present but new features, in my personal opinion, make this game truly great on many fronts. Single Player Campaign (or co-op if that's what you fancy) is compelling to the say the least. Cut scenes are a little lengthy but that's just the Halo-way. The story is interesting enough to get you to watch the cuts but lacks when it comes to providing some of the details we've all been looking for. Reminds me quite a bit of L O S T! AI seems to have become "smarter" which is good news if you're like me and you enjoy running through on Normal at least once. Weapons are great in number and obviously, that's a very good thing. New weapons combined with new Armor Locks make Campaign nearly as fun as Multiplayer Matchmaking. Then of course, there's the Space Battle. If you've ever played a well-made Star Wars or Star Trek space shooter you'll definitely be disappointed by Halo's version. However, for what it is, it works. Controls are basic, weapons are basic, but it's still fun. And besides, we all asked for it. Multiplayer Matchmaking/Firefight, etc. is extremely well-done. Improvements including Challenges, better connectivity, host-switching, etc. are all there, and they all work nicely. To start off, challenges provide enough motivation to get you online at least 3 or 4 times a week. The idea that you can earn an extra 2000 credits for killing a couple of hundred baddies is not original, but only giving you 24 hours to do it sure is. Between daily and weekly challenges one could easily NEVER get bored of this game. Matchmaking game types are vast and there's even a few new ones thrown in for good measure. In more than 900 games so far I've yet to encounter anything which made me feel like every game wasn't completely original. There's just way too much to do. MP Firefight is much improved and varying goals keep it interesting. Skulls are now included but data pads are still placed at out of the way locations giving you something to search for. In summary, Halo: REACH is a fitting end to the series. Having been a huge Halo fan for many years I feel as though I've been treated well with this, the final entry. Even if you're not a Halo fan you'll enjoy this game. Campaign provides a compelling story that keeps you involved and when you're done, Matchmaking will keep you entertained for months if not years to come! Enjoy! Peace!
